Gigafans is a platform that provides model exposure services, allowing models to showcase their profiles and connect with potential opportunities. The service includes profile listings, image hosting, and external link redirection.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this service
- All content submitted must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information
- Prohibited content includes illegal material, harassment, or spam
4. Content Policy
All content must be original or properly licensed. Content providers retain ownership of their content but grant Gigafans a license to display and distribute it through the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

Information we collect
When you submit a Report or Removal request, we collect the name, email address, reported URL, request type, reason, optional notes, submission date, and request status. Our hosting provider may also create standard technical server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time, for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use this information to review reports and removal requests, communicate about a submission, protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, record-keeping, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Access is limited to authorized GigaFans operators and service providers that support hosting or database operations. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and external services
This V3.4 website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Links to Telegram, Discord, Linkvertise, AdMaven, Mega, and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your submission. Use the Report / Removal form and clearly describe the privacy request. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change.
DMCA Copyright Policy
Gigafans respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must include your signature, identification and former location of the material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Gigafans will terminate user accounts determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or whose content has been removed more than twice.
Response Time
We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.
Copyright Information
All content must be original or properly licensed. Content providers retain ownership of their content but grant Gigafans a license to display and distribute it through the platform. Gigafans respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.
To report copyright infringement, use the Report / Removal form and choose Copyright Infringement.
